Calibrate, CPAs has been providing quality, personalized financial and tax guidance to local individuals and businesses. Our expertise ranges from basic tax management and accounting services to more in-depth services such as audits, financial statements, financial planning, QuickBooks, and business consulting.
Our Mission
Our mission is to help clients sustain or grow their businesses and acheive their personal and professional goals. This requires open communication to reach an understanding of our clients' needs, thorough research, and sound analysis. Calibrate, CPAs is dedicated to meeting these goals with high standards of excellence and professionalism.
Our Team
Tina Callahan has over 13 years of experience providing business and tax consultation to small and medium-sized companies. She is the founder and CEO of Calibrate, previous partner of Tilley & Callahan, PA, CPAs. She recently bought out her partner so he could semi-retire and launched Calibrate in its place. Her client base ranges from start-up companies to companies producing $5 Million in annual revenue. She works with clients to ensure they meet their business goals and that they maintain compliance with federal and state agencies. Tina is a member of the FICPA and is a licensed CPA in Wisconsin and Florida. She graduated from Upper Iowa University with her Bachelor’s Degree in Management and Master’s Degree in Accounting.

Steve Tilley has over twenty-two years of experience as a CPA and is a member of the FICPA in the State of Florida. In 1976 he received his BS in accounting and finance from Florida State University. Steve is a Certified Public Accountant as well as a Certified Valuation Analyst. He's previous 1/2 owner of Tilley & Callahan, PA, CPA's with Tina Callahan. He is now working full time during tax season and Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursdays the rest of the year.

Erica Chastain has been with the firm since 2000 and graduated with her Bachelor’s Degree in 2005. She is working on her Master’s Degree hopes to sit for her CPA license in the near future. Erica specializes in Quickbooks support, set-up and training as well as assisting company’s set-up internal procedures, policies and in-house organization. She also prepares individual and corporate tax returns.

Becky joined the firm in December of 2008 and works with clients on Quickbooks set-up and compliance with governmental regulations, including sales tax and payroll taxes.

Jen joined the firm in December of 2008 and works as our First Impression on the phones and at the front desk. She performs most of the administrative functions in the office.
